To receive the newsletters containing the latest special offers of your favorite stores, it is necessary to create your Kimbino account and to select the stores you want to be informed about.

Registration is very simple and fast:

• Just click on "Registration" (upper right corner)
• Enter your e-mail address and your password
• If you want to receive information about the latest special offers, click on "I would like to receive the newsletter and the special offers"
• Click on "Create Account" and that’s it :)

You can also fill in some additional data for us to be able to customize the leaflet offer and the discounts to your needs. You can also register using your Facebook account after clicking on "Register with Facebook".

Yes, both the registration and the newsletters sent to your e-mail are for free.

Please check whether you have selected the shops you want to subscribe to - you need to have the store(es) added to MY FAVORITES (heart symbol). It is also possible that there are no new leaflets of your favorite shop(s) available at the moment. Check your “spam” or "promotions", the leaflets and specials offers might be in those folders.

If you forget or lose your password, just click on "Forgotten password" (below the ” Log in with Facebook” icon). The e-mail for reseting your password will be sent to your e-mail. Check your e-mail for further instructions.

If you want to change your password, go to your account settings and click “Change Password”

No, it is not possible to change your email address. If you want to use a new e-mail address, it is necessary to create a new account again.

If you do not want to recieve any informations from any store anymore, you have two options:

• Search for a store, you don't want to receive any news, and click on the heart button (Remove from favorites)
• If you want to update your favourite list in bulk, you can do it in your account settings, when you are logged in to the “My Stores” section. Here you can remove a store from your favorites with a cross button.

If you delete a store from your favorites, we will no longer be able to send you newsletters from this store.

To log out, click on "My Account" and then "Log Out". If you want to unsubscribe from newsletters, you can do so by clicking on the link at the bottom of each newsletter.

Kimbino is not responsible for the content of the leaflets and we do not have any further information on the products and discounts at our disposal. For more information, it is recommended that you visit the official webpage of the store.

No, it is not possible to purchase anything on our websites. Kimbino mainly serves as a browser of the latest leaflets from different stores, as an inspiration before doing your shopping and as a tool for following the latest discounts of the shops.

No, leaflets available on Kimbino cannot be downloaded and viewed in PDF format.

No, Kimbino is not responsible for the printing and the distribution of leaflets. This service is provided by individual stores themselves. Kimbino tries to protect the environment and therefore provides a greener, faster and more comfortable way of browsing leaflets - online leaflets available at any time and anywhere.

Yes, on the wbsite click on "City button", select your city and then you will see all leaflets from your location.

If desired city can not be selectet, please try to choose some nearest bigger city.

It is possible, there are not leaflets currently available for selected city or the selected store is not located in the city.

Kimbino app is available on Google Play. You can download it by clicking here.

Please check the region settings in your Google account. If Kimbino app is not allowed in the country you entered when creating your Google account, it may limit your access to the installation, regardless of the country you're currently staying in.

After installing and opening the Kimbino app, click on the "gearwheel" (on the right).

• If your e-mail address is already registered with Kimbino (via Kimbino web page or Kimbino APP), all you have to do is to click on "Log in"
• If you do not have a Kimbino account, then click on "Create Account", enter your e-mail address and your password and start to enjoy the benefits of our Kimbino network :)

Upon registration with Kimbino through the application, you can log into your account using the same e-mail address and the same password through our Kimbino web page. There is no need to register again if you want to log in through our Kimbino webpage. Your data is automatically synchronized.

Yes, you can turn on notifications and never miss out on any discount of your favorite store.

Yes, click on "Information" (gearwheel - upper right corner), "Location settings" and select the country whose leaflets you are interested in.

The application is currently only available for smart phones using Android as the operating system. To browse the leaflets without any limitation regarding the operating system, please visit our website www.kimbino.green. Moreover, now you can download the Kimbino bookmark to your iOS device. You can find instructions on how to do it here: kimbino.green/active-countries.

Open the Kimbino app, select “Cards” from the menu:

• At the top right corner click on “+”
• Find the store to which the loyalty card belongs
• Scan the code or manually enter the card number
• Click “Add Card” and it is done :)

If the store, which you want to add a loyalty card from is not listed, click on “Next card”, enter “Card Name” and follow the normal procedure for creating an online loyalty card.

Cards are sorted automatically alphabetically. However, you can mark the TOP cards you use most often to get them on top of the list. Hold your finger on the tab to see options for editing the card - click “Add / Remove from Favorites”.
